which way to go
so the repairs for my engine could be quite pricey, what are peoples thought on my options,
1.new barrels,pistons,rings etc
2.having sleeves made,if so where? and is it a good idea/choice
3.second hand barrels, that hopefully have some life left in them though would not know till bought
i have splashed out and had the crank reconditioned, rods, seals and bearings but was told my barrels have seen better days .
my first thought was to buy all new parts, a cheaper option would be nice but concerned what effect/risk that may have on the crank repair,ie false economy etc
all advice appreciated,rodge
